This apartment complex is beautiful! It has great amenities, is very clean and has an amazing staff. I'd like to call out Angelina, as she is the one who took me on my tour. She is so friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. I highly recommend taking a tour through the property as you will fall in love!

My wife and I have been residents of TriBridge Properties since September of 2018. While all TriBridge staff have been top notch, Maria Breeden is superb! Before Maria became manager of BluWater Apartments in Jacksonville Beach, she was assistant manager at The Jaxon Apartments in Jacksonville. Kind, courteous, responsive and responsible are all adjectives that I'd use to describe Maria. I've never seen Maria be anything but polite, even in the face of tenants with unreasonable expectations. We currently live at The Jaxon, but recently toyed with the idea of moving to BluWater. We stay with TriBridge Properties because of the attentiveness of the staff.

Bluwater is wonderful. I have nothing but great things to say about the apartments, premises, and team. They go above and beyond for the residents and Angelina has been incredibly helpful from the first time we spoke!
